James M. McNamara, Esq.

A 1969 graduate of the Harvard Law School, Mr. McNamara is a native of the Philadelphia region who has been practicing in Bucks County since 1972. A former Chief Public Defender for Bucks County and later County Solicitor, Mr. McNamara handles wills, probate and estate planning for the firm. Experienced in real estate and municipal law, he has represented Bucks County townships and boroughs for a number of years. Currently, he is the municipal Solicitor for Yardley Borough and Springfield Township, and the Zoning Board Solicitor for Tinicum Township and Wrightstown Township. He has been selected by the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas as the Special Master to recommend a decision in two curative amendment challenges. He holds the AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directories.
