Robert T. Repko recently joined the law firm of McNamara, Bolla, Williams & Panzer in 2009 after building a successful practice in representing individuals in family law, criminal defense and construction litigation matters. Mr. Repko focuses his practice on representing individuals in matters related to divorce, custody, support and protection from abuse, as well as criminal defense and juvenile law. Mr. Repko also represents individuals, businesses and corporate entities in construction litigation and mechanics' lien matters. Mr. Repko is licensed to practice law before the courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Illinois, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Repko graduated with honors from Misericordia University and received his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law, now of the Pennsylvania State University. He has been an Assistant District Attorney in both Monroe and Bucks Counties, where he has handled numerous criminal prosecutions and gained extensive trial experience before both juries and judges. Mr. Repko is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, where he has served in the positions of Secretary and Vice-Chairman for the Young Lawyers Division, and is a member of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Repko is also an adjunct professor at Delaware Valley College and a former member of the Montgomery County Inn of Court, which is part of a national organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of trial lawyers in America.
