Linay L. Haubert is a graduate of LaSalle University (B.S.N. 1995 cum laude), and Temple University School of Law (J.D. 2000). She is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Ms. Haubert focuses her practice on representing employers in workers' compensation matters at the trial and appellate level, before Judges in the Philadelphia region and outlying counties in the eastern part of Pennsylvania.  In addition to Workers' Compensation, her areas of practice have included general liability insurance defense, medical malpractice, personal injury and products liability.

In addition to Ms. Haubert's legal experience, she also offers fifteen years of medical experience as a registered nurse in the Philadelphia region.  Her primary practice included medical/surgical intensive care and hemodialysis.  Her medical expertise has proven beneficial in handling medically complex Workers' Compensation matters.
